I would like to take a minute of your time to address the possibility of this modification causing damage to your engine, your car, your body, your mind or anything else for that matter.  Let me put it this way... It's not my fault!

PLEASE!  Do not consider any performance modification unless your engine is in perfect working condition.   If your car doesn't run perfect, correct any problems FIRST!  Adding more horsepower to a sick engine will yield poor or even disastrous results.

All of the information found at this site is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I am giving the responsibility to you to decide whether this modification is suitable to your needs. I have tried to give you as much information as possible to make the decision process as simple as possible.  Please do your research before you decide.  Talk to other people who have done the modification and see if it is right for you.  It's your decision. I offer no guarantees. My decision to use this APC system on my car was based on years of working on Saabs, and a very good familiarity with the APC system. The information here was based on a 1987 Volvo 740 with a B230FT engine. This system should be easily adapted to other cars. Keep in mind that any modification such as this will increase the stress load on any engine, therefore should not be considered if reliability is of paramount concern.
