My SVO Engine Modifications

Very modified "D" port head, big valves, custom shape, and very polished. The head will match up very well to my O-ringed block.

Buzz is pointing to my modified distrubutor, the stock gear has no oil on it where it makes contact with the aux shaft. If you remove your distributor there is an area where oil can pool next to the gear, so I installed this extra oil line which enters on the side then runs down in between the shaft and housing, (one of three small channels) at the bottom, where it angles out to fill the pocket and bathe the gear. I burned up more than my share of gears and shafts prior to this mod.

This picture shows the custom 3" exaust the part Buzz is in goes to the turbo. the smaller pipe is for the Turbonetics Delta gate (wastegate) there is a piece of brainded steel to allow for expansion to the waste gate at the bottom they "Y" togather.

I use braided steel for the turbo oil return line.

Here is a good shot of my Turbo. Buzz is resting on the EGT Probe tapped into the exaust manifold. The 90° bend puts the Turbo about where the stock Intercooler used to be and gives a place for the Turbonetics Delta 4 wastegate to mount. I have to safety wire the mounting bolts or they back out in about 10 minutes.

To the right is the K&N separater I'm trying to get to work on top of the valve cover.
